The teachings and tools of mindfulness and meditation are the key tools we use to achieve this state of wellbeing. They are simple and easily integrated into even the busiest schedule however there is one key ingredient needed…. practice.

The Place to Be is where you can find a supportive network and community of like-minded people. Live group meditations make it easier to be consistent with your practice and unlike an app they can be tailored to the needs of the group on that day.
In addition, we will be providing ongoing tips and tools to help you perpetually expand your knowledge and skills in mindfulness and meditation.
We all encounter stress and fear and worry in our lives but with the correct tools we can build resilience for these tough times and find calm and contentment throughout.
In times of crises we sink to the level of our training and this group is intended to help ensure you have a fit and healthy mindset.

How it works
Each week drop in to as many of our live meditations are you wish (initially there will be two each week).
Access our library of meditations at any time through our website or app. These are updated monthly.
An ever expanding library of mindfulness teachings and tools will also be available through the website and app. These include mindful tasks, breathing exercises, 5 minute tips and tools for the day as well as wider wellbeing advice to help you feel more energised and fulfilled by day and sleep better each night.
Come together on the community page of our website and app where you can ask questions and share experiences, tips and support.
Who is it for?
If you are committed and passionate about learning skills to be more mindful, and have a strong desire to worry less, be happy and present in your life today, then this is the right place for you.
We welcome both experienced mindfulness and meditation practitioners and beginners.
Many of those we have worked with have been completely new, some have downloaded the app but never quite got round to practicing and others have had a regular practice in the past but have fallen off the wagon and are looking for help in getting back in the saddle.
