5 minute focus & concentration warm up
A perfect start to your working day. This meditation is a warm up for your focus and gently engages your concentration muscle. If you are struggling to get into work and are tempted to check your phone, or make another drink to procrastinate, stop, sit down and enjoy these next 5 minutes.
At the end you'll feel ready and able to tackle your day.
The mind has thoughts every 10 seconds and these can be very loud and distracting. By taking a few minutes out before we start periods of focus and concentration we can warm the mind up for focus and turn the volume down on thoughts. This reduces procrastination and getting sucked into distractions. Creating this as a habit also gives the added advantage of priming the body and mind for what is coming next and what is expected, helping us ease into the flow of the task.
