Listening to the body

Episode #27

This meditation helps us to relax with a virtual head and shoulder massage where we set the intention to relax all the muscles of the shoulders, neck and head and use our breath to turn on the relaxation response. We then tune into the body and how it feels to help us build that mind body connection that enables us to tune into the body's innate wisdom. This can help us build our intuition, make heart based decisions that feel right and learn to remain stable and calm even in the face of turbulent emotions.
