Mindful Awareness of Thoughts - Noting Meditation

Episode #39

This short noting meditation is intended to help you learn to notice the nature of thoughts in your mind, and to notice when you are lost in them. By facing our thoughts with openness and curiosity we see them more clearly and notice when we are being swept away by them. This mindful awareness is key to us keeping control of which thoughts we choose to spend our time and energy investigating and which ones we can allow to flow through without requiring much intervention from us.
