Beginner's Insight meditation (Vipassana) with some guidance
This is the live meditation from our membership. Insight meditation is a traditional mindfulness meditation that is done in silence while resting awareness on the breath and being open to any experiences of the moment. This introduction meditation also provides a guided introduction to help you to settle the mind and body before going solo in your practice. The insight part lasts ten minutes but has reminders to refocus on your breath every two and a half minutes, making it an ideal introduction to vipassana or insight meditation.
