Recognise and Connect to Emotions (of our choice)
This meditation takes an open and curious look at the emotions that are currently present and allows us to connect to them, feel them and then let them go. We then choose a desired emotion and recall that, using thoughts to enhance the emotion. We then enjoy connecting to that emotion before letting it flow. This meditation helps us learn the shape of our emotions and our ability to change the experience with thoughts. It highlights our attitude towards different emotions. When we can let go of judgment and be open and curious our emotions are free to flow and have less control over our stress switch.
