Building Self Trust
How much trust do you have in yourself? Can you connect with the place in your body where you feel the inner knowing that makes decisions that you can trust? Are there any fears and doubts within you disrupting your ability to trust yourself? These are the questions we gently explore in this meditation before considering small ways we can instantly start to build trust in ourselves. This meditation may provide instant answers or it may be sowing the seeds that deliver insight over the next few days. Approach it with a sense of openness and curiosity and trust in yourself that you are building greater awareness and inner strength as a result of this practice.
